Why We’re Taking a Stand
At Forethought, we believe that everyone deserves safety, dignity, and the freedom to live without fear. Today, immigrant neighbors in the Twin Cities are facing heightened enforcement actions that disrupt families, livelihoods, and everyday life in our communities.

In response, we’re partnering with grassroots organizers and supporting the Immigrant Rapid Response Fund, a rapid‑action fund housed at the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota. This fund was created to ensure that resources get to trusted, community‑based organizations responding immediately to immigrant‑related emergencies and rights violations in Minnesota — including providing food, housing, legal defense, and other essential resources during sudden disruptions and enforcement actions.Â

What the Sign Means
The “All Are Welcome Here…” sign you’ll see around our community is more than décor — it’s a declaration of solidarity and safety:
- It publicly communicates that your business or home stands with immigrant neighbors.
- It signals that employees and community members are safe from intimidation or harassment.
- It helps build a network of visible support across our neighborhoods. Â
This sign is rooted in a national Know Your Rights effort that helps communities assert constitutional protections for all people, Â regardless of immigration status, and clarifies that enforcement agents must have lawful warrants to enter private spaces.Â

Every dollar raised through sign purchases goes directly to the Immigrant Rapid Response Fund, which:
